Cloud Landscapes Chichester tree surgeons recently completed the first phase of our biggest landscaping project this year.
The first task was to tackle the hugely overgrown brambles, weeds and bamboo which had completely dominated the 1.5 acre plot after being left unattended for the past 5 years.
When tackling a job of this size we tend to use forestry machinery for many reasons including safety, efficiency and time. In this instance we teamed up with our groundworks associate James Green who made light work of the garden clearance using a 10 ton digger and a combination of forestry mulcher and root rake attachments.
With our landscaping and tree surgery team tackling the larger dead trees and hedges we were able to clear the entire 1.5 acre plot in just 9 days.
The garden has exposed some incredible tree specimens including Cedar trees, Maples, Mulberry and Sequoia.
We have submitted plans to the council for maintaining and reducing the tree species for the ongoing tree maintenance.
Once we have the green light its time for our tree team to shape, prune and deadwood then onto the Landscaping phase!
